Privacy Policy

QuickCarter ("we", "the app") is a B2B tool used by authorized lighting dealers to identify fixtures, build quotations and share proposals with their clients. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — the login (email) used by your dealer account.
• Customer details you enter — the name and phone number you add to a quotation.
• Contacts you import — if you choose to import a contact, its name and phone number are used only to fill in a quotation. We do not upload your address book.
• Photos you provide — fixture or room photos you capture or select, used to identify fixtures and to build proposals.
• Quotation content — the products, prices and documents you create.
• Shared-link engagement — when you share a quotation link, we record anonymous engagement (page opens, time on sections) on that web page so you can see client interest. This uses a random identifier, not personal data.

How we use it

Solely to provide the app's features — fixture search, quotation building, sharing, PDF export, room visualization and engagement insights. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Service providers

To power image/text matching and AI insights, images and text you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenRouter, Google Gemini) acting on our behalf. They process the content to return a result and do not use it for their own purposes.

Storage & retention

Data is stored on our servers and retained while your account is active. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing us.

Children

QuickCarter is not directed to children and is intended for business use.
